We are a boutique artisanal brewery established In 2016. We started trials with the assistance of a professional brewer in a small garage. We are currently brewing commercially under license at Valley Brewery.

| Tasting notes: Full-bodied and sweet ale. Caramel flavour imparted by speciality malts, with earthy, gingery notes imparted by UK hop varieties. A distinct fruitiness from fermentation gives this beer a true ale character. Bitterness is fairly low, but perceptible enough to balance the sweetness, with additional flavour from dry hopping. |
MUNICH LAGER

| Tasting notes: Traditionally brewed in Spring (March) in Bavaria. Malty flavour, a little sweet. A touch of caramel in the taste and aroma. The moderately full finish is balanced by a fresh, crisp bitterness and fine bubbles. Hop aromas are lightly floral/fruity with some sweet citrus notes, a touch of spice/pepper and a subtle earthy undertone. Bavarian Hops used majority Munich Malts. |
